I called Colby Long as last minute request call due to my neglect. He was able to put me in schedule even sooner from what I expected. Josh and Michael went in and got the whole situation under control with all their proper tools. We were able to get all our items out and delivered way before time at a very reasonable price. FINESSE IS THE FINEST! The quality of customer service is SPOT ON. It was super easy to book. Colby quickly responded to every question/correspondence regarding our move. He and his crew made moving painless and easy. They moved quickly and efficiently. Any request was fulfilled. This was definitely not their first rodeo. 100 time out of 100 I would recommend. This was the first moving company I hired and I will book with them in any future move. Thank for such a seamless and timely process. If you’re ready to move, do not hesitate to book this company.
I was referred to Finesse Movers by a family friend and I am beyond grateful for Colby and his team. Moving is tough; but if you partner with PROFESSIONAL movers with exemplary customer service, it will streamline the process for you. They showed up on time and Roberto and his crew (Adrian, Brandon, Michael, Brad) walked around our home and told me how they would handle everything. Much to my surprise, they did just that in a timely manner too. In fact, one of the crew members would ask me for permission to use the restroom (goodness, just take a bathroom break)! Brandon took his time assembling our baby’s crib and I appreciated him so much! After the move, Colby came over to help with some items. He was a man of his word; he is responsive, willing to help and an overall great guy. The customer service experience with Finesse/Colby was second to none. We had the opportunity to work with Eli and he is sharp and very impressive. ****There is a gigantic difference between just “movers” and professional movers and when you are working with Finesse, you are partnering with the best. ****Do yourself a favor and streamline the moving process, hire the best that will handle the rest. Hire Finesse. You will be so grateful you did.
I highly recommend Marcos and Desmond they will get your move done quickly! They are very polite and respectful guys they were able to get our most difficult pieces of furniture in our place without any issues. Most people leave reviews of negative experiences but, I can honestly tell you these guys will put in work for you and will take care of your items. Hunter and Colby were very helpful when setting up our move and made it a very smooth process for us. We plan to use Finesse Movers again in the future!
They made the moving experience as easy as possible. Were on time, contacted me to let me know expected time. Contacted me during the move for any questions they had about certain pieces of furniture. Helped disconnect pieces like the bed that i wasn't able to do. Courteous and respectful at all times. Great attitude. Even had the owner personally come help out for a rug accidentally left behind which I found incredibly helpful since it would not fit in my car! 5 stars all the way! Would highly recommend! Thanks Colby and your great Crew! And remember to always tip your movers! They did a lot of hard work we don't have to!!
I just used them again for trash removal and let me tell you… PERFECTION. They arrived at 8:30 and listened to my areas of concern. By 11 the job was concluded and the place looked brand spanking new. These guys are good! Good service, affordable and kind. Will always use. I reached out to them late on a Thursday evening for a last minute Sunday move. Super polite and accommodating. The morning of the move the team was communicative and arrived on time. I had 4 movers and they got me cleared out and in my new place so quick. No damage! Everything was returned to me in excellent condition. The staff were young, strong and very respectful people. My sister is now using them for her move because of the professionalism and execution she saw. Will always use them for moves!
Best Experience Ever!! The guys showed up on time, they were professional, friendly and so quick!! I've moved 5 times in the last 8 years and this was by far the best company I have ever used!! My realtor Ashley Mills recommended them and I can't thank her enough.
Moved today from a one bedroom second story apartment into a new place today. Eli, Armando and Tony were amazing! Arrived just before the original start time. They wrapped anything that needed moving blankets in plastic wrap and tape to ensure the safest move for my belongings. This team we quick, efficient and listened! I had a hot mess of an apartment when they showed up with a couple of piles of things not ready to go, the guys listened and remembered what all needed to stay. Booked for 3 hours and was worried I did not book enough time but the guys had everything loaded and moved into my new place 20 minutes away in just 2 hours!
I had a very small move of three very large items. Other movers would not take the job. A realtor friend recommended Finesse and I couldn’t be happier. They were on time, very polite, took extreme care of the antique furniture and had all of the right equipment. Will definitely use them again!
We have used Finesse Movers twice this year, and both times they were quick, professional, and very respectful. They had no trouble with our large and heavy furniture and were careful with our fragile items. Thank you Finesse Movers for making our half-cross country move feel like a hop skip and a jump!
Colby and his Finesse Team are nothing short of professional when it comes to moving services. Crazy fast responses, shows up on time, and gets the job done, FAST. We have worked with them 3 times now, and will continue to do so when the opportunity presents itself. 10/10 recommend!
